I am the founder president of Bogra Comedy Club.

An addiction to make people laugh has been working for Childhood. So I was looking for a platform from where comedy can be practiced. To take stand up comedy across the country, Bangladesh needed a platform to nurture new comedians and practice stand up comedy regularly Then I saw Bangladesh Comedy Club. I saw that Bangladesh Comedy Club has been established. There is a facebook group for my own district Bogra.

After collaborating with everyone, I started the work of Bogra Comedy Club in Bogra.

Organized the first meetup and took responsibility to establish Bogra Comedy Club and run the activities in an organizational manner.

After taking responsibility as president, I am in the expansion of this comedy club and in the comedy club Let's assume that those who want to practice comedy can practice comedy.

And in the comedy club, those who want to practice comedy can practice comedy.

One day in Week, I took the girls & Boys with all the members The Boys who practiced comedy as well as forced the surrounding audience A street comedy show was held every week.

Abu Hena Rony, Founder, Bangladesh Comedy Club, has inspired me to run this club. General advice given by Fazlul Haque Saki. Saifur Rahman Saiful showed the way.

What is Bogra Comedy Club?

Abu Hena Rony Bhai is the champion of the popular comedy reality show Miracle Season-6. After he returned to Bangladesh, he started working to spread this stand-up comedy to everyone and to develop the comedy practice and stand-up comedy of comedians spread across the country.

Shawon Majumdar, Saifur Rahman Saiful, Fazlul Haque Saki expressed solidarity with him. Legendary comedians like Mohammad Parash, Mohammad Tawhid, Anwarul Alam Sajal, Farzana Sagir Shashi, Emdadul Haque Hriday, Qamar Uddin Arman, Gobind, Shahzada Shahed.

This is a joint effort of all to make the stand up comedy industry more prosperous

Created "Bangladesh Comedy Club".

Gradually, one comedy club has been organized in all divisional cities and districts under the umbrella of Bangladesh Comedy Club.

And all these departmental and district wise comedy clubs are working as the organ organization of Bangladesh Comedy Club.

Bogra Comedy Club is also one of the member organizations of Bangladesh Comedy Club.

The purpose of Bogura Comedy Club is to bring out all the hidden comedy talents of the country and develop them through comedy practice. So that they can work in all fields as good comedians.

The activities of Bogura Comedy Club are like this.

We all get together one day a week which we call Meet Up.

We are having our meet ups under the green grass and open sky or in our own club room, and through this meet up everyone can practice writing jokes, presenting jokes.

Bogra Comedy Club has completed its 200+ meetup so far as per the latest edition. Besides, many stage shows, street shows and open mic shows have been successful.

Along with comedy, Bogura Comedy Club and all its subordinate comedy clubs also participate in various social and humanitarian activities. Extends the hand of cooperation in the service of humanity.

Among these, distribution of winter clothes among the needy, providing aid to the flood victims, blood donation program, environment movement, creation of medical fund for the needy and deprived of medical treatment etc. are notable.

Besides, Bangladesh Comedy Club and its organizations actively participate in all the days of the country such as Victory Day, Independence Day, International Mother Language Day, Environment Day.

Mention, "World Laughter Day" created long ago was introduced in this country through Bangladesh Comedy Club. Which is now celebrated on the first Friday of November every year in Bangladesh.

We hope this way one day there will be a revolution of stand up comedy in Bangladesh and all over the world. When people will choose comedy as a profession through practice like anthropology or music. And comedy will be fair and wholesome.
